AOC VIN DE FRANCE PETIT OURS BLANC
The grape come from a village called AUTICHAMPS at the door of Diois area. The terroir is composed of light sandy clay on lime stones mother rock. The blend is Roussanne (80 %) and of Viognier (20 %), indigénes yeasts used, fermentation in concrete diamond tank, racking and breeding of 12 months without sulfur, bottlings with 2 g / hl of sulfur with tangential filtration. Build on right acidity at 12% of alcohol for the right balance.
AOC COTES DU RHÔNE PETIT OURS BRUN (SMALL BROWN BEAR)
All the grapes are picked at Visan's area in the south of Drôme. The terroir is lime stones, with deep clay very useful to express the syrah fruit.
100 % grapes syrah scratched, indigénes yeasts, fermentation by reassemblies in beton tank, racking and breeding of 9 months without sulfur, bottlings with 1 g / hl of sulfur with tangential filtration.
AOC CROZES HERMITAGE "Et la banniére..."
The grapes come from Beaumont Monteux Village at the east of "les chassis" place.
100 % grapes syrah scratched, indigénes yeasts, fermentation by reassemblies in beton tank, racking and breeding of 12 months without sulfur, bottlings with 1 g / hl of sulfur with tangential filtration.
COTES ROTIE "Tupin's"
All grapes comes from Tupins et Semons village in Côtes Brune. It is a granitic terroir very exciting to make pure Côtes Rotie very elegant and fresh. Fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel then aged 15 months in Flextank eggs tank. Tangential filtration at the bottling to express purity of granit. May be the only one Côtes Rotie without wood at all!!!!

Clayey-calcareous and silty soil.
Yield: 30 hl/ha
40 years old vine
13 months maturing in concrete tank.
Particularity of this soil is its position between the CORNAS AOC and the SAINT JOSEPH AOC.
This is a plateau located on the Cornas village on the “Arlettes” district.
No wine’s land is the gourmand vat of the Domaine, it tends to a more digestible and fruity expression of the Syrah.
AOC COTES DU RHONE WHITE - BRISE CAILLOUX
Varietals : 70% Roussanne and 30% Viognier
Produced quantity : 3000 bottles
Granitic's Cornas soils.
East and north east slopes of Domain's valley.
Grapes picked at 12% of alcohol in ideal year to preserve the acidic style we are looking to propose a very fressh Rhône valley wines.
A new vision of Cornas granit's.
AOC CORNAS – BRISE CAILLOUX
Varietals: 100% Syrah
Produced quantity: 20 000 bottles
The granite soils are very degraded and clayey-silty strip for the bottom slop.
Composed of a selection of all the vineyard without the parcels selections of Billes Noires and Gore.
Yield: 35 hl./ha.
18 months maturing in in ovoid concrete tank.
This first selection of Cornas is contemporary and has to be delivered fasterpleasure than a classic Cornas.
Wines will reveal about at their four years old.
To Keep 10 to 15 years.
AOC CORNAS – BILLES NOIRES
Produced quantity: 4000 to 7000 bottles (depends on vntage level)
Varietals: 100% Syrah
Geology: “Gore” – granite terroir degraded and clayey – slity strip.
Lieux dits: Les Arlettes
Average age of the vines : 55 years old
Vinification: natural yeast fermentation, 100% destemming, a daily punching of the cap, two weeks fermentation, none oenological products added.
Maturing: 24 months in diamond/eggs concrete vats. Must settling before filling up the barrels.
Tasting: wine concentrated and austere during the youth, “Gore” minerality is expressed with all its length.
AOC CORNAS GORE
Not produced each year depends on the level of the selection.
PRODUCED QUANTITY: 400 MAGNUM
VINE: 100 % Syrah of thirty foty years of average.
GROUNDS: very degraded Granite named locally "GORE".
SAID PLACES: summit of Arlettes. Paying(pouring) the East and the North
WINE MAKING: In concrete eggs of 16 hl, native Yeasts, scratched in 100 %, pigeage light, fermentation about three weeks, no added oenological product.
BREEDING: 24 months in 6 hl concrete eggs, débourbage before entonnage, One rack a year.
BOTTLING: express of the barrel(trunk), the manual corking, without filtration nor collage(sticking), 0.5 g/l of sulphites.
TASTING: spicy Wine, on the black fruit, builds on a very fresh(cool) exceptional mineral structure, very fine tannins, very thoroughbred and cutting Wine.

"Gore" is a selection of the best of the parcels in terms of minéralité and of freshness.
